"It's alright," she answers, even though it isn't. A Rosie-ism at its finest. But it's easier to say than admitting that sometimes she's still scared that'll happen. That even two worlds away now, she might still be hunted and hated just because of what she is. Eudio - Magnus and Vanyel especially - taught her that she can be both a yokai and the Rose everyone knows when she hadn't ever imagined they could be one in the same.

"I didn't tell you. That's kind of my whole deal, y'know, not telling people things." As he no doubt knows. He was one of the ones that dealt with the frustrating fall out of her trying to run away. She gives a little self-depreciating smile at that, but- "That's the reason though, actually. If I talked too much about myself or people found out what I really was, it usually wasn't long before hunters came around." A pause, as she considers something.

"You never made me feel unsafe, not really. But I guess I did worry sometimes that if you knew what I was, you'd like me less. That just seems to be the way it went back home." That isn't the case, of course, and she's glad for it. But it's still a worry with people she meets who don't know.
