Daemon: Feverd (Video)

[The little falcon has taken matters into her own hands upon seeing her young charge's condition so the voice is from the bird over the stumbling retro dressed young woman in a torn dress and broken glasses.]

Pardon the interruption but my name is Feverd and I just came upon my change Kristen Kringle upon her arrival in quite the state. We're in the process of arriving into the city proper but she will need medical care (her wounds do not appear serious but won't take chances since she mentioned the squardroom being shot up and someone pushing her out of the path of bullets) and replacement glasses for someone who is near sighted, their are badly broken.

ETA is about 25 or so minutes.

[ Hey, falcon daemon. Jace has one to match. He looks at the woman on screen, making sure she's not totally incapacitated. ]

If she needs medical care, the hospital's gonna be her best bet. Is she bleeding out?

[ Maybe the bird doesn't know. Jace's eyes flicker to the girl. ]

Kristen? My name's Jace. How badly are you hurt?

[The little bird is trying her best and it shows. She quickly explains to Jace's daemon what she knows as Kristen speaks.]

Hi Jace, no bleeding but pretty banged up. May have bruised a rib from the stabs of pain if anything? [But outside of a ton of cuts and bruises along with the broken glasses she's in one piece all things considered.]

[ Jace's view of superficial bruises and broken ribs might be somewhat less sympathetic than most. More than used to injuries like that, he nods, and judges this to be non-critical.

Although, the girl's not answering him. He'd rather talk to her than the bird, but he'll take what he can get. ]

Okay, so she can walk? Leading her to the hospital's the best thing you can do. I don't know if they can fix the glasses, but if they can't, I don't know who else could. Why are you speaking for her?

[Kristen can be heard now.]

Let the bird led me to the hospital? Flying blind to borrow the expression but trying my best. [This is new ground and she's badly spooked but she's trying to stay steady.]

[ That's more like it. Jace can be seen folding his arms and furrowing his brow, like he's settling in for instruction. ]

Yeah. It's not a bird, it's a daemon. That's what they call smart robots in these parts. It has maps and info in-built, and you'll want to listen to it if you want to understand this place. Just maybe get to the city before you start experimenting.

You're sure you aren't bleeding anywhere?

[Smart robots? New one but Kristen simply runs with it for now.]

No sign of blood outside of some minor cuts [Well they are minor since she crashed into something before she and Nygma landed into whatever pulled her here. Feverd throws up a map as she's speaking, guiding Kristen towards the hospital.]

The crash may not have helped either.
