[In the early morning, the daemons activate a holographic dialogue box indicating an important message from F.A.T.E.S., similar to the Will o' Wisp warning from weeks ago. The dispatch will repeat the alarm until the character acknowledges the dispatch. However, opening up the more in-depth debrief is optional for those who want to know more.]
Threat Assessment: Moderate
Phenomenon Type: Prison World
Predicted Duration: 2 weeks (7/29/17+)
D.E.S.T.I.N.Y. has created a new Prison World protocol to stop escapes to Xistentia. Refugees are reprogrammed into "Alternative Universe" versions of themselves, motivated by the native world to kill each other. F.A.T.E.S. seeks volunteers for two objectives in the world IDed "E19999":
- Rescue prisoners
- Obtain information on prison worlds and effects on the multiverse
ABOUT PRISON WORLDS
This is what F.A.T.E.S. has learned and prepared so far:
- Transportation to the Prison World will occur at the Temple, in the large theater recently unlocked. Travelers must lay on the plinth "beds." Their accompanying daemon will take care of operational details.
- To prevent enemy alert, your bodies and memories will be temporarily altered by the same "alternative universe" protocol that prisoners are subject to. F.A.T.E.S. will allow you to have a small amount of control in shaping your identity (via daemon). However, it should be noted that in war, the most risky espionage sometimes acquires the most valuable intelligence. After 1-3 days, you will begin to remember your true identity and life in Xisentia, as well as the mission objectives.
- You will also be equipped with your own daemons disguised as native objects. Information can be passively recorded by daemons in the prison world, just make sure to take them wherever you go! Analysis will take place back in Xistentia.
- Major disruptions have been rippled across the multiverse due to waste energy from prison world production. More information allows Xistentia survivors to be forewarned if and when strange phenomena come to Xistentia.
- More information about D.E.S.T.I.N.Y.'s advancements may provide the edge in future world-hopping missions.

- Prisoners can be detected and freed by a new daemon. The daemon will begin to flash and signal when an appropriate target comes within 1 mile, and the signal strengthens with proximity. Prisoner and daemon can then be synched with consensual physical contact, such as handing them a new phone. The prisoner will then become lucid, possibly with some disorientation.
- Daemons will generate portals for escape to Xistentia. Upon return, the memories of the Prison World (and artificially constructed identity/history) will start to decay somewhat, like remembering a dream.
- Death and injury that occur in the Prison World are permanent. Upon return to Xistentia, characters can receive accelerated healing with the native technology. Corpses can not be resurrected.
- Due to temporal fluctuations, all individuals are expected to reappear in Xistentia on the same day, Saturday 8/12/17.
ID CODE: E19999
The following information about this unique prison world has also been obtained:
- Technology and general social features of 21st century Earth, activity focused on the geography and culture of city of New York including Manhattan and outlying burroughs
- Primary conflict involves normal vs. enhanced humans. The former are armed with advanced technology,
the latter with supernatural abilities. Tensions are high as Enhanced have recently been pressed to Register, thanks to out-of-control powers.
- Daemons will be disguised as cellphones. If a daemon is destroyed, it will require 3 days to regenerate.
THE HOME FRONT
Some of you will be needed to stay behind. Indeed, if absolutely all the residents of Xistentia leave, then the Temple itself will lose power and not be able to bring anyone back. Additionally, those coming from the Prison World may need emergency medical care and other supplies prepared beforehand.
Questions are welcome.
