Greetings citizens of Xistentia, I come to you under the mask of anonymity to ask a question:
If there were a seedy underbelly where one could purchase things that usually exist in a legal grey area, where could it be found?

Don't you have other things to be doing than looking for counterfeit clothes and drugs or food? You probably already know youre not about to find weapons lying around

Other things to do? Yes, but this one is at the very top of my list today.
Look at it like a good deed, I'm keeping a promise to a very dear friend.

A promise to track down drugs?

Louis Xuitton? Gixenchy? Balenxiaga?
Is that so hard to believe?

Trust me, babe, they'd be like an entirely different person without them.
[ Actually, they'd be literally an entirely different person without them. ]

You might not find the kind you need, or as much as you need. they might need to go through withdrawal anyway so you might as well help them with that instead
( somewhat touchy subject. his sister's had some troubles. )

Tried the withdrawal thing once before, things ended up a hell of a lot worse.
[ Their entire plan going belly up kind of a lot worse. ]
What's your deal? Why are you so concerned with what someone else does?
I'm not helping out some junkie. Doesn't this whole Captain Righteous shtick extend to people who are important to you?

Im concerned because this place is small and under threat. Im concerned because someone with addiction issues could mean trouble for others

[ Sorta. If you squint. ]
Let me try to explain it a little better.
Say you know someone, someone you've known your entire life. Someone ultimately harmless.
Now, let's say that this person sometimes has moments where they become someone else. Moments they don't remember.
And sometimes this other person they become does somewhat questionable things. Like, very bad questionable things.
Now, what if there was a combination of drugs that could help this other person from taking over so often, maybe even ever?
Wouldn't providing them with it be the safest route to take?

Complicates things.
Is there no other way?
no subject
If there was another way, I'd be trying it.
Aside from letting himself become that other person entirely, this is the only method he's found that keeps things.... balanced.

It's a lot more advanced. Maybe they can do something to help.

Back home they're not too generous with the narcotics.
Maybe. I suppose I can ask, as long as they don't threaten to haul him away to some rehab.
[ She's not going to go any amount of time without her brother again. The near three months while he was locked away was already too long. ]
