This is to inform you that the library is currently under my management. Any books returned with creases or stains will suffer a fine. I haven't decided what it will be, but rest assured, if you plan on borrowing books, there will be a contract for you to sign. Please check the fine print.
Your recommend reading for the month is this. Enjoy.

I thought it was odd we have so many parties.

Who knew.

And I'm still struggling to believe it.

Don't have to take just my word for it.

How is it you all hailed from the same place and came here?

I'm not sure. I mean, we were all obviously there when it went to Hell, but- In my case, I went through a portal with someone and while we ended up here around the same time he'd apparently gone home for a while first without me. It was really bizarre.
Also, there were some other people I knew there that didn't arrive here so it just seems like we were the lucky ones.

What happened to it?

It fell apart. The things that collected our intimacy energy went on the fritz and then... Earthquakes, fires. A lot of natural disasters but they happened too frequently and too violently to eventually be more than just Mother Nature having a fit.
It started to tear the world apart and then we were being evacuated. I was supposed to end up with Vanyel in Tamriel but the portal spit me out here instead. ... At least it let me keep my dogs.

My apologies for your loss.

I can't complain too much.

[ They're alive. Which is more that can be said for many others. ]

At least we can make a difference here? That's kind of nice.

[ She'll try her best though. ]
I went home, not too long ago. For a few years. Even though I didn't remember this place while there, it definitely felt like F.A.T.E.S. and D.E.S.T.I.N.Y. had a hand in the way things happened once I did recall them.

I had a . . . similar experience. It was disorientating.

I'm still reeling from it, in some ways.

[ Give or take a few months here and there. Learning that he did return to Asgard instead of fleeing was . . . odd. Still him, though but odd. ]

[ Rose found out she didn't die. Which, hey, was awesome.
Until the war started. ]
At least this is a nice little break for me from the fuckery happening back home.

What was happening to you at home?

Kind of a buzzkill.

An odd but not unusual take for dragons to believe in.
