Whereas mine happens to be far too much like an actual Siamese sometimes. I suppose I'm lucky leaving her alone to find her own fun resulted in this instead of knocking something breakable off a high shelf.
I don't know if it's always a bad thing, depending on situation. I used it to my advantage quite a lot, but it was sort of a necessary part of being an uncouth American around a bunch of Brits. It was part of my dubious charm. Actually still feels a little strange not to be causing scenes more than half on purpose when I'm in public sometimes.
